Get your vehicle delivered.
Price the move in two steps: get an instant estimate, then ask dispatch for a firm quote. You can do this before you bid.
Instant estimate
Distance-based, from the state where the vehicle is to your ZIP code.
Estimates use $0.60 per mile with a $300 minimum.
Ask for a firm quote
The estimate is a guide. Dispatch checks carrier availability and the route, then sends you a firm price.
How shipping works
You do not have to ship through us. You can also pick the vehicle up at our office once payment has cleared.
Condition is documented first
The vehicle's condition is recorded before it is loaded.
You check it on arrival
You or someone you name looks the vehicle over at delivery, then signs the delivery receipt.
Three ways to ship
Open-air, enclosed or flatbed. Open is the usual choice; enclosed protects higher-value vehicles.
Track it
Once it is moving you get a tracking code. Track a shipment.
Open, enclosed or flatbed?
Pick what suits the vehicle and your budget. Dispatch quotes the exact price.
Open-air carrier
Your vehicle rides on an open multi-car trailer.
- Usually the most affordable and quickest to schedule
- Exposed to weather and road debris
Enclosed carrier
A covered trailer with solid walls and a roof.
- Protection from weather and debris
- Costs more than open transport and can take longer to book
Flatbed or single-car
Your vehicle travels alone on a flatbed or tow truck.
- Direct delivery with no stops for other vehicles
- Usually the most expensive option
Shipping questions
Can I ship before I have paid?
No. The vehicle is released, for pickup or for a carrier, after payment has cleared. Transport is arranged once payment and release are approved.
How accurate is the instant estimate?
It is a distance-based guide: miles between the vehicle's state and your ZIP, multiplied by a per-mile rate, with a minimum charge. Fuel, season, route and carrier availability can move the real price, which is why dispatch confirms a firm quote.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the distance, the carrier's route and how fast a truck is available. Dispatch gives you an expected date with your quote.
Can someone else receive the vehicle?
Yes. Tell dispatch who will be there. They need to check the vehicle and sign the delivery receipt.
